Way of the Warrior Muay Thai Curriculum

This program has been developed for the avid athlete and recreational person looking for a great method of body strengthening, cardiovascular development and overall health.

Based on the original striking art of Thailand and made famous by many top level UFC fighters that have turned to this form of standup fighting to become champions, such as GSP and The “spider” Anderson Silva.  It is system of learning how to box with the same moves of your favorite HBO star on TV.  Slipping, weaving, bobbing and striking with gloves, with the action of your favorite K1 stars, knees, elbows and roundkicks.  It is the complete art of striking, taking the best of western boxing, with the best of Thailand’s kickboxing.

Samir Seif with his master background in many striking arts has developed a program that coaches the beginner all the way to the professional that wants to get in the ring. As a Ko artist and Champion himself, he has successfully produced World Champions. Samir and his champions bring success to those who want to simply get in shape, or to those that wish to pursue a competitive career.
