Total Body Submission-Grappling Curriculum

This program is designed for a great vascular workout and total confidence when fighting on the ground. The missing link in most martial art programs is the ability to apply combat on the ground. This program revolves around submissions, holds, throws and restraints. Made famous by past greats like Royce Gracie in the early 90′s it continues to be popular by the most eminent world champions such as Marcelo Garcia and BJ Penn. It is so effective it has been adapted for special forces around the world.

As a Former Jiu Jitsu champion, Shootwrestling champion and certified coach in wrestling/shootwrestling, Samir brings vast experience to the ground game as a Master of JuJutsu(jiu jitsu). With and without the traditional Gi, the participant will learn how to throw, fall safely, escape holds, and apply locks and holds to their opponents. A distinction between this program and other grappling/submission programs is the seasonal application of the Gi. It is worn from September to April, and Nogi from May to August.

For recreational fitness and fun, or for the competitor there are options to suit both.
